Delegate fees

Fees are exclusive of VAT which is payable by you in addition.  The VAT rate is subject to change and may differ from the advertised rate. The amount you are charged will be determined when your invoice is raised and the VAT rate applicable at that time. Savings include multiple booking and early bird discounts. All discounts can only be applied at the time of registration and discounts cannot be combined (apart from early bird discounts that apply to everyone). All discounts are subject to approval by ACI and advertised discounts may be withdrawn at any time. Please note the conference fee does not include travel or hotel accommodation costs. We are happy to accept a replacement delegate for the whole event; however delegate passes cannot be split or shared between delegates under any circumstances.

Terms

Attendance at this conference is subject to the terms as set out in this document and receiving payment in advance of the conference.

Cancellation policy

To cancel a registration you must give us written notice.  On cancellation, you will receive a refund as follows:

• If you cancel your registration 28 working days or more before the conference, you will receive a full refund less an administration charge of 10% of the total amount of the fees plus VAT.
• If you cancel your registration less than 28 working days but more than 14 working days before the conference, you will receive a full refund less an administration charge of 50% of the total amount of the fees plus VAT.

ACI regrets that the full amount of your fee remains payable in the event that your cancellation is 14 working days or less before the conference or if you fail to attend the conference.

Changes to the conference: ACI may (at its sole discretion) change the format, speakers, participants, content, venue location and programme or any other aspect of the conference at any time and for any reason, whether or not due to a force majeure event, in each case without liability.

Data protection: The personal information you provide to us will be held by us on a database which is managed by ACI Worldwide and will be used to administer the conference.

You also agree that by providing your personal details to us that ACI can on occasion email you with relevant information relating to conferences organised by ACI.  All personal data will be held in accordance with the ACI privacy policy.

If you would like us to change any of your personal details or remove your name from our database for all purposes after the conference for which you are booking, please click the unsubscribe link in one of our emails.
